Parent’s/Guardian’s Statement

If a place is offered to my child, I acknowledge and agree:

1. That my child will follow the full curriculum as directed by the School.
2. My child must follow the School’s requirements, rules and regulations in all respects including uniform, behavior, values, attitude, academic progress, and work ethics.
3. That I will follow the School’s recommendations in the event my child is determined by the school to need professional external testing (social, emotional, cognitive, etc.). I will share all past and future reports with the relevant school personnel.
4. That I have read that I will abide by the regulations relating to payment tuition and other fee changes and charges.
5. That the school, at its sole discretion, may withdraw the place for my child and will be required to leave the School, should any of the conditions listed in, referred to or implied by the Parent’s/Guardian’s statement be broken by me or my child.
6. That the School reserves the right to require that a child repeats a year or leave the School if it is determined that the child is not benefiting sufficiently from the teaching that is provided.
7. Parents are required to settle the Registration, Book/Resources deposit fee and the Term Tuition fees in advance, before enrolment.
8. I understand that we are fully responsible for any damage to the computers/iPads and accessories, and liable for any repairs or replacement at the Parent’s expense
9. Dates on which payments are due are clearly indicated on the Invoice and it is the responsibility of individual parents to ensure fees are paid on time.
10. Your child and you will have to follow all the rules and regulations that are enforced or may be enforced in the future. Your child is required to follow the full curriculum of ACA Bahrain (By law Muslims only study Islamic Studies).
11. All learners are required to wear the correct school uniform, including PE uniform, and abide by all rules of conduct and behavior.
12. All parents are required to read the Fee Policy, sign the Acknowledge Form, and submit it via the admissions email or upload the form. Polices and Procedures
13. All points must be read carefully and acknowledged by the parents.
